The works consisted of the installation of 300m of beany block drainage along the access road, discharging into a linear collection drain run that was installed to the back of the footpath, to the other side of the road traditional HB2 kerbs were installed.
The collector drain passed through a new interceptor tank prior discharging in to the attenuation pond, via new headwalls that we had installed.
A land drain was also installed to the perimeter of the carpark which was also connected to attenuation pond.
The car park was constructed on a stabilised surface with those works being carried out by our sister company TR Stabilisation Ltd.
With the ground prepared TR Civil Engineering installed the subbase over the carpark area then installed kerbing for the new car park, traffic islands and access points using HB2 kerbing.
Ducting was installed within the car park to allow for a power supply to be connected for the new lighting scheme.
The carpark was then surfaced to base layer. Soft landscaping was carried out around the carpark perimeter and islands.
